At Unify., a product by Korsaq, we aim to provide the best possible service and customer experience. Since UNIFY is a digital, subscription-based platform, we follow a transparent no-refund policy for completed billing periods.
1. Free Plan
Our Free Plan allows users to explore basic features of Unify. at no cost. This gives you the opportunity to try the platform before committing to a paid plan.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable, whether it’s a monthly or annual plan. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, feature limitations, or user cancellations during an active billing cycle.
3. Plan Upgrades or Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are given for downgrades during an ongoing subscription period.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly or charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate the issue and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
